I spend a lot of time with clients touring the Annapolis Valley, from Annapolis Royal to Wolfville and everywhere else. Sometimes our travelling takes us over the lunch or supper hour. If my clients are from out of province, they invariably ask for suggestions on where to eat–and often, they want to try a Nova Scotia classic, fish and chips.
